1. What is included in the price of the tours?
The price includes transportation, fuel, full board (including accommodation in hotels, riads, bed and breakfast, bivouacs, or homestays), and lunch for day trips. Drinks (except water during mealtimes), tour fees, and other personal expenses are not included.

2. Do you offer discounts for children?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for children under 10 years old. Children under 5 years old can join for free (1 child per family).

3. What is the maximum number of people per vehicle?
Each vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. For larger groups (12+ people), we offer group rates. Please contact us for more details.

4. How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our online form or via WhatsApp. A link to WhatsApp is available on each program page. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide payment details.

5. What are the payment terms?
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, and the balance must be paid before departure. We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal.

6. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation: More than 21 days before arrival.

  • 25% cancellation fee: From 21 to 15 days before arrival.

  • 50% cancellation fee: From 14 to 7 days before arrival.

  • 75% cancellation fee: Less than 7 days before arrival.

  • 100% cancellation fee: Within 48 hours before arrival.
    Please note, the deposit is non-refundable but may be used for a future booking if necessary.

8. Do you offer custom tours?

9. What is the 10% donation mentioned in the pricing?
10% of the price of your reservation is donated directly to the local association “Golden Sand,” which works to combat poverty and protect the environment in M’hamid.
